Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage+2.25 attack damage
Greater Mark of Armor Penetration+1.28 armor penetration

Armor penetration marks to maximize your damage.
Armor seals since its the best rune in slot most of the time.
Magic resist blues for the same reason as the armor seals.
Quints are preference, attack damage helps you deal more damage and last hit. Armor penetration gives you the most damage but you might have a harder time last hitting. MS makes you more mobile in lane. Any of the 3 will work.

You can swap the points in Tenacious(4th column 6th row) into armor or magic resistance depending on who you're laning against.
Offensive Tree: Self explanatory, got to get that damage/ armor pen. If you have trouble with cs (which you shouldn't) you can take 1-2 points in Butcher instead of Fury.
Defensive Tree: Maxing the defensive tree compliments Darius more than maxing the offensive tree. If in draft pick, be sure to switch the points on Hardiness (Armor) & Resistance (MR).
FlashTeleports your champion a short distance toward your cursor's location.
IgniteIgnites target enemy champion, dealing 70-410 true damage (depending on champion level) over 5 seconds, grants you vision of the target, and reduces healing effects on them for the duration.
Need at least one escape on Darius since Darius has 0 escapes. Play passively early on in the game especially after you use Flash, because then you will have absolutely no escapes.
Flash can be used by simply Flashing away from an enemy Champion or over terrain to escape safely. You can also use Flash aggressively to force a fight on an enemy Champion or to get a last hit on an enemy Champion.
Great finishing Summoner Spell and has massive DoT when combined with Darius' passive. When you are going in for a kill, the instant the enemy Champion has 5 Stacks of Hemorrhage and he is slowed, Ignite the enemy Champion and use your ultimate to secure the kill.
Ignite can be used to reduce Healing/Health Regeneration by 50% on an Enemy Champion. If the enemy team has a Soraka, make sure to Ignite Soraka in a teamfight, but not to early. Try to Ignite Soraka 3 seconds into a teamfight, which is when Soraka will start using all of her heals.
I rarely get Exhaust over Ignite on Darius, because Ignite gives Darius heavy DoT and guarantees Darius a kill when he has his Ignite up, ultimate up, and 5 Stacks of Hemorrhage on an enemy Champion. The only time I would get Exhaust is if our team has absolutely no Exhausts or if I think a certain champion on the enemy team will have insanely high burst damage that they just need to be Exhausted constantly.
