Greater Quintessence of Hybrid Penetration+1.79 Armor Penetration / +1.4 Magic Penetration
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration+0.87 magic penetration
Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration+0.065 mana regen / 5 sec. per level (+1.17 at champion level 18)
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist+1.34 magic resist
Quintessences - Flat AP - You should pick up flat AP quintessences because they give you the most damage. AP is what you want to stack, so try to get as much AP as you can.
Marks - Magic Penetration - This attribute is strong because it scales the best into late game. You need some magic penetration because everyone has MR. Most AP middles pick up the 13 MR glyphs, so this will help against that.
Seals - Mana Regen per Level - Ezreal has a short mana pool because you spam so many abilities, so you need some mana regeneration. This will help you all game because you really need blue to spam.
Glyphs - Flat Magic Resist - Most of the time, you're against a hard AP nuker, so you need some magic resist to survive. This will help all game because you are so squishy and will be focused.

21-0-9 is the route I take because you need the extra damage and utility. AP Ezreal is all about the burst damage, so picking up the 21 Offensive Tree will be very strong giving you a huge damage boost, and the highest damage output possible. The 9 in the Utility Tree is needed because of the mana regeneration and mana. AP Ezreal's mana pool sucks without blue buff, so you need the extra mana regeneration.
IgniteIgnites target enemy champion, dealing 70-410 true damage (depending on champion level) over 5 seconds, grants you vision of the target, and reduces healing effects on them for the duration.
FlashTeleports your champion a short distance toward your cursor's location.
Flash is the most important summoner spell because it's a free escape. It can be used to hop over a second wall or go even further, making it almost impossible to chase an Ezreal. It can also be used to chase when the enemy is just out of range.
Ignite is my favorite summoner because it allows Ezreal to do way more damage. You can stop them from healing the full amount if they are being healed and you do a lot of extra damage over time. Ignite mixed with your E W combo will do tons of damage.
