Marks: Attack Damage will increase your damage output at all stages in the game.
Seals: Flat Armor allows you to be tankier.
Glyphs: Magic Resistance and CDR allow you to be tanky while also increasing your damage potential.
Quintessences: Some more Attack Damage, to emphasize your bruiser role.

Flash allows you to escape from ganks, juke enemies, reach your target or escape after your target has been killed. In the current state of the game, Flash is simply the best summoner spell and should be your choice on almost all champions.
Top lane is an island. Given that, you'll need Teleport to help your team with objectives, fights, counter gank the enemy jungler and split push in the lategame.
