    EDIT - Disregard, saw Mercury Treads. Just wondered on boots. Though Boots of Mobility or Swiftness + Homeguard could be really fun to get back in lane if necessary; especially if he has to recall a lot. Iunno how much the true damage matters on Hecarim from the Elder Lizard, but you could swap to Ancient Golem if you needed Tenacity. Though Teleport helps with that too.

    His Q - Rampage procs spirit of the lizard elder so it's quite good.

    You have no idea about the movement speed. :P

    Boots of Mobility+Homeguard, Teleport, Ghost, and his E.

    Let's say you are up to their Inhibitor turret in your lane, whereas they haven't destroyed your 1st turret. Use Teleport to your 1st turret, then immediately activate Ghost and his E and head towards their Inhibitor turret. You will probably get to it right as all of the effects have worn off, if not soon before or soon after. You legit get almost/over (can't remember which) 2000 movement speed!

    Would you consider Distortion for the lower cooldowns on Ghost and Teleport?

    It is certainly a possibility, I can see how it helps, I will try it out in a few games and see if It can stand up to other summoner spells

    It is certainly a possibility, although I want to try out some games with it to see if it stands up with Homeguard.
