Pros
Built in lane sustain and movement speed burst
Strong early game damage
Heal is decent sustain in lane for ally and it was buffed recently ; so it helps much more than it did.
One of the few support champions that can act as an AP/AD Hybrid carry into late game and do massive damage without farm (assuming gp10 runes/masteries)
Cons
No built in escape in form or a flash or a dash, can be countered with slows / crowd control
Ranged damage isn't up all the time, have to recast the ability to make you ranged.
Can be countered in lane by a lot of champions
Sustain is not as good as other supports like Sona and Soraka

Something is going on with your masteries. Currently I see 0/12/9 with the graphics not matching the numbers. I've seen several pages like that since yesterday (11/15/2010).
51% Cooldown Reduction, and it caps at 40%.. Are you sure this kid is 2200 ELO? I would think he would know by know that CDR is capped at 40, why stack it to 51?
masterires shoud be 0 9 21 and forget about Streangh of the Spirit and scout and put those 4 points into defance or if u dont wnat to atleast in movement speed...
WOTA is good for your AP mid but not for you....kyle dmg falls off late game even with decent farm so dont try to build in AP(kyle shoud never be played ap, it used to bebut ad is much better now) get a Frozen hearth instead that will help your whole team
i also woud get kage's lucky pick as a 2. gp10 item it makes ur harrase early even stronger
