Ny have you ever tried using rylai's then sorcerors then void then gauntlets liandry's then deathcap. I still haven't gotten under 10 kills and 15 assists. I also go e q e q e r e q e q r q w w w r w w. I also only have 8 runes and my masteries are going for magic pen, ap and as. but still my games are destroying the other team.
I have a question, how come you still recommend using 2x magic pen blues to get "30 magic pen with sorc boots" when sorc boots only grant +15 magic pen, instead of 20, now? If you want 30 magic pen from sorc boots + runes you need to use 9x Magic pen reds, 9x Magic pen blues and at least 1x Magic pen quint (thats including the 8% magic pen, assuming the target only has 30 MR, from the offence masteries), just pointing that out. And what about Liandry's Torment? Personally I find it to be a very powerful item on almost any AP champion especially against those tankier team comps. Anyways just throwing that out there, no disrespect intended, only curious.

I personally find Liandry's Torment a pretty nice item. Is it viable on kog if you drop RoA or Athene's?
If you go with that I suggest Rylai's Crystal Scepter. It makes Kog'Maw a real pain in the ass to escape from. This probably won't give you as high damage but it adds lots of utility. When someone is on max range of Kog'Maw ultimate they usually consider themselves being on a safe distance, but with slow from Rylai's they have to think again.
Something is going on with your masteries. Currently I see 19/6/4 with the graphics not matching the numbers. I've seen several pages like that since yesterday (11/15/2010).
Is the unholy grail good with kog personally i dont like the item but i was just thinking it does give some nice ap mr and mana regen so is it good on him?

The mana regen passive that scales from amount of missing mana is useful on Kog'Maw. In long fights you tend to run out of mana quite quickly.
Whats the reason for the early catalyst and roa? i thought the point of ap kog was to do significant damage from significant range. I dont see the need to be building any health items (excepts rylais just for the slow) since pretty much if he gets touched he dies but if he doesn't he rapes face
