If both Distortion and Mimic:Distortion are activated at the same time, the player will only be able to re-activate whichever was cast more recently to return to the position they were at upon casting the spell.
I don't know if this is true when you wrote the guide or not. But currently, you can active Distortion, Mimic it, and can still W back to your Original Distortion position. As long as your W did not run out.
It's all about preference... Havoc increase damage against ALL targets however Butcher purely only helps you last hitting of minions.
If you want the help last hitting sure take Butcher its not going to be a huge lose not taking Havoc but you will do more damage OVERALL if you take Havoc and since minion pushing is really not Leblanc's strong point so in which I personally find Havoc better as an overall mastery as well.
Gragas does counter her, if he went mr blues she's going to have a tough time. He already reduces her dmg and can just rush an abyssal scepter after which he can outright fight her through her burst and silence. I don't play much leblanc but I have played a few LB matchups as Gragas.
I dont agree with this at all..... Gragas maybe able to tank through alot of her damage however.
Most assassin would know if they cant just 100-0 someone then they have to whittle them down abit first.... Leblanc especially can do this well with her GET IN AND GET OUT playstyle.... she can burst and get out and wait for her next rotation (~15-20secs) to finish him off as Gragas has he only reduces damage he doesnt actually have a natural sustain in lane to recoup that health he lost on the first rotation.
It's just about adapting to how you take him out rather then being stuck in the main stream 'imma blow you up' type of thinking
Fizz kicks the crap out of Leblanc from my experience, though it could be because both are on free week atm and Fizz requires less skill to play. (I used him for the first time as a counter pick to Leblanc and kicked her ass, and I don't usually do well as AP mid)
