Why are not lifesteal quints included in this guide since your starting item is Dorans?
For Miss Fortune you need the Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage to bully in lane and for early Q damage, That being said I've never tried Lifesteal quints on her so I can't entirely judge them.
I build her exactly like this except Zephyr instead of Phantom Dancer. Zephyr is only 50g more, which is nothing. Phantom dancer gives 30% crit and ability to move over units, over Zephyr. Zephyr gives 25ad, 10% cdr, 5% more ms, and 35% tenacity (which is pretty huge, same as merc's).
Since the build doesn't have IE and crit helps none of the abilities, I feel the 30% crit isn't better than all those other bonuses. Cdr means more Q's, more W's and slows from E in teamfight, 25 ad boosts abilities too and that 35% tenacity can be a lifesaver or help to chase a kill.
So what do you guys think about this? Or is the PD still superior because it increases autoattack dps? Crits are however always random..

I know that Blade of the Ruined King seems to be a really strong item for most adcs and was wondering if there is a reason its not in this guide. I dont really know much about Miss Fortune but if you would like to fill me in that would be great! :D
