Seeing as you're playing in the bottom lane against an enemy AD Carry, the obvious choice to reduce lane damage is Armor. There is no reason to play anything else.
Support Nunu typically has two options for seals. The standard in competitive play would be to go for gold per 10 seals. This will just synergize with your masteries and item build described in this guide. The second option is more for solo queue, when I will run mana regen. This synergizes with your first item (Philospher's Stone), and will help you harass in lane with Ice Blast (E) more frequently. As mentioned before, i only take this if the duo lane has no sustain and i'm in solo queue.
You have more choice in Glyphs than other runes, but pick wisely. The standard is flat magic resist, which are strong if the enemy team has a duo lane that deals some magic damage (will help for early exchanges). The second are scaling magic resist, also good for mid and late game (assuming you are playing more passively in lane, or plan to). The third is mana regeneration, which I again take in solo queue when I want to harass like crazy with Ice Blast (E) and be super aggressive.
When playing support, there isn't anything better than Gold per 10 Quintessences. These will help you get the gold you need to finish your build earlier in the game, and maintain income so that you can purchase wards throughout the game.
Exhaust/Flash is still very strong
Heal/Flash should be used when the extra heal is needed for the AD to survive
