Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage+2.25 attack damage

Standard Attack Damage Runes and Armor Penetration are probably the best for Rengar to get out the most DPS possible. Some people prefer going Movement Speed Quints instead of Attack Damage Quints, but I prefer doing as much Damage as possible. These runes make him strong in lane as well as scaling from Armor Penetration into the later game. The obvious resistances from seals and glyphs make him not completely squishy. You can also trade out the flat MR glyphs for MR/lvl or even flat CDR against non-AP enemy team.

FlashTeleports your champion a short distance toward your cursor's location.
IgniteIgnites target enemy champion, dealing 70-410 true damage (depending on champion level) over 5 seconds and reduces healing effects on the target for the duration.
Flash is one of the most used Summoners Spells in the game which can be used for any champion and any role. Flash can be used aggressively and defensively. You can use Flash to chase an Enemy Champion down or to Flash to escape safely.
Ignite is probably the best second Summoners Spell for Solo Top Rengar because it maximizes Rengar's DPS making him do the most DPS possible. Ignite can be used to reduce Heals from champions like Soraka or to just finish up an Enemy Champion.
