I use flat AD reds and quints because Riven scales so hard off of AD and this includes her sustain ability (E) and her passive (which gives her more AD!) so having as much Flat AD early game will allow you to win trades harder during those early all in's or even farm fests. Armor Yellows are a must just because you will be almost always laning against physical damage dealing champions and they are really irreplaceable on the seal slot for every bruiser. I take flat MR because she can dominate magic damage laners with this early game and by the time AP's start being a problem you should have some sort of Magic Resist already so scaling Mr/level blues are not a necessity.

IgniteIgnites target enemy champion, dealing 70-410 true damage (depending on champion level) over 5 seconds, grants you vision of the target, and reduces healing effects on them for the duration.
FlashTeleports your champion a short distance toward your cursor's location.
With the upcoming changes to summoner spells there will be a lot more options to go for Riven so it's going to come down to your play style and/or countering your opponent with your choice.
Flash on Riven even after the nerf will still be great, if you take it of course change a point from Summoner's Resolve to Summoner's Insight. Flash allows Riven more mobility and a strong initiation. Getting your 3rd Broken Wings combo up and flashing into a team to use it and Ki Burst is a great way to start a fight.
Ignite synergizes great with Riven's Wind Slash to surprise your enemies with execute damage and ensure the kill.
