Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed+1.5% movement speed
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration+0.87 magic penetration
Greater Seal of Scaling Ability Power+0.1 ability power per level (+1.8 at champion level 18)

Quintessences - Movement Speed - This will help you get closer to your enemies when chasing. The movement speed buff is also strong all game because you'll be able to outrun anyone.
Marks - Magic Penetration - Magic penetration is important for Tristana because all of her damage is AP. It will allow you to do a lot more damage because you bypass some of their MR.
Seals - Armor - Tristana is squishy, so armor is usually a must. You want this to be able to tank some damage, since you'll be going in to harass with your Explosive Shots.
Glyphs - Magic Resist - It doesn't matter if you go flat MR or per level MR, you just need some MR. You're really squishy, so you need MR to defend yourself from the enemy AP carry.

IgniteIgnites target enemy champion, dealing 70-410 true damage (depending on champion level) over 5 seconds and reduces healing effects on the target for the duration.
FlashTeleports your champion a short distance toward your cursor's location.
When doing your combo, you can also use Ignite. This will give you a lot of extra damage, ensuring your kills even further. With Ignite, you should always be able to one shot targets. This will also act as a healing debuff to stop enemies from Heal baiting you.
Flash is a must because you're extremely vulnerable when your Rocket Jump is down. If you Rocket Jump in and don't get a kill, try to Flash out. You don't have any more escapes after your Rocket Jump is used, so try to take Flash for safety.
