This is the standard jungle route for purple side. Start at blue buff and ask your team to help you. Smite it to make your first clear faster. You want to do both buffs and keep jungling unless you find a good opportunity to gank enemies. If enemies overextend, kill them and go back to the jungle. With your sustain you can stay there forever and go base for a big purchase.
The jungle route for blue side is a mirror of this one. You start red and transition into blue.
Trundle is a very fast jungler. He is able to clear the jungle very quickly with his Chomp (Q) ability. The trick to it is auto attack then Q right after. When you reach level 2 try to use your Frozen Domain (W) in such a way that it's still up after you've killed the big creep in the camp, that way you'll get more from the heal. Whenever you feel that you are in danger, you can use your Pillar of Ice (E) to reveal Fog of War or bushes. This makes Trundle very safe to play, as you never have to facecheck as long as you have Mana. Hit ganks aren't the strongest early, but you can get a flash from an enemy easily with your pillar, although you won't have much follow-up potential.
During teamfights you main objective is zoning the enemy back line. Your pillar is an extremely good tool for that, and your damage and Attack Damage reduction can render Marksmen useless. Try to use your ultimate on a tank to reduce their resistances while increasing yours. This way, your team can take him down more easily while you dive the enemy carries with all that tankiness.
If you feel like the enemy carries are weak and you need to peel for yours, use your Q on enemy bruisers and your pillar to separate them. Be very careful with your pillar's positioning. In some teamfights you can just place it in the middle of the enemy team to split them and disrupt them.
Your passive will give you bursts of heal as your enemies fall, which lets you keep fighting. In a way, that's Trundle's personal reset mechanic.
Trundle sinergizes very well with siege teamcomps due to his passive that lets him stay full health while your team pokes the enemies, your E working as disengage and as a tool to help your allies hit skillshots such as NIdalee spears. When you feel like enemies are low enough, use your pillar, W, and it's time to engage!
Trundle is a decent counter jungle because of how strong he is 1v1, but don't waste time killing enemy small camps, unless you're just passing by. Try to plan ahead with your team and steal enemy buffs as soon as they spawn. If you catch an enemy alone and you have your Blade of the Ruined King chances are he's dead. You are one of the best duelists in the game and you should make use of it, but don't risk too much or you will fall behind and become useless in teamfights if you can't tank damage from the enemies.
Tips & Tricks
Use your Q just after an autoattack to increase your damage output. In teamfights, consider using successive Chomps on different targets, as its duration is much longer than its cooldown. The AD buff doesn't stack on yourself, but it will reduce both enemies' AD.
Your ultimate will give you some health instantly. It's a % health based ability, which means you heal more the more maximum HP the target has. Try to use your Frozen Domain before ulting to make sure this healing is increased.
Your passive will grant you a LOT of health when an enemy, Drake or Baron die, as it's not capped. Baron alone can grant you a sudden 600 or more HP heal, which is insane! If you have Spirit Visage and your W active, together with the masteries this heal is even bigger.
Mastering your Pillar
Pillar of Ice can be used in a multitude of ways. You can use it to block enemy escape paths, to peel enemies off your teammates, or even to grant you vision of bushes. Be patient and use it at the right time or it can backfire. If you place it on top of an enemy it will slightly displace him, which will disrupt his movement even further.
Synergies and Counter
Trundle works very well in poke comps due to his passive healing, disengage and the fact that his pillar may help allies hit skillshots. Any champion that can speed Trundle up will also help him a lot.
Trundle steals Attack Damage from enemies, making magic damage junglers very strong against him.
