Pretty much the masteries I use all the time on Zed. +5% CDR is amazing on AD casters as you mostly rely on your spells rather than auto attacks. The armor penetration you gain in the tree is also amazing.
Pretty basic summoner I always take on Zed. Great re-positioning tool that can also be used to gap close (with caution). Having this on-top of your W will make you quite hard to lock down without hard CC and gives you great chasing potential.
Another summoner that I pretty much always take on Zed. Opens up many opportunities to get kills early game aswell as helping your burst throughout the game. It also applies a healing reduction which is helpful against anything that heals or if they have a health potion ticking on them.
Other Summoner Spells
As far as summoner spells go, I suggest just taking the ones I have stated above as they give you both a multi-use re-positioning tool and an offensive damage spell.
