Quarterfinal #2 (best of 3): SK vs aAa

I don't know a lot about aAa but I do know some things about SK. Last time I saw SK at Kiev I said that I didn't think they could compete with real teams because I feel like they are just a group of better than average solo-queuers and thats why they can make it out of group stages but never with an event. Looking at their performance coming out of Group B I would definitely say that they are more of a force to be reckoned with now, going 4-1 losing to only M5 who went 5-0 is impressive. I do however know that there is some kind of European rivalry betwen SK and aAa and that whenever they meet aAa seems to win despite skill. Sometimes I feel like certain teams are like pokemon and despite overall skill they just have weakness against other teams, in this case SK is Pikachu and aAa is Onyx, which isnt impossible for a Pikachu to win but it is unlikely. But we will have to see if my theory is correct and the only way to do that is to see what happened in the games!

Dignitas vs Reflex Gaming

     We have finally arrived at the final series of Round 1 of the Curse Invitational Summoners. The teams providing you with your end of the day entertainment are none other than Team Solomid and Team A Picture of a Goose. Both teams are well established within the North American scene but again I side with the established grit of TSM rather than the new car smell of Goose. Let's see if one of the younger teams can prove me wrong in this final best of 3.

Welcome Summoners to Dcgreen’s play by play match coverage of IEM Kiev’s 3^rdPlace Finals match between Dignitas and SK Gaming. Before getting into the match itself I would like to discuss my thoughts on these teams and how I perceive they will play against each other. I stand by what I said about SK
